Samples & MOQ
Can I request a sample before bulk order?
Yes. Most ingredients can be sampled from 20g for formulation testing. The sample is shipped with COA, MSDS, and product specification sheet so your team can evaluate both material and documentation.
What is the usual MOQ?
For most botanical extracts, the starting bulk MOQ is 1kg. Some high-value cosmetic actives, mushroom extracts, and specialty grades may vary depending on stock, specification, and certification requirements.
How long does a sample take to arrive?
Samples usually ship within 2–3 business days after confirmation. International delivery is typically 5–7 days depending on destination, courier, and customs clearance.
Documentation & Quality
What documents are included?
COA, MSDS, and specification sheet are included with sample and bulk orders. Heavy metal data, microbiology, allergen statement, Non-GMO statement, flow chart, country of origin declaration, and third-party reports are available where applicable.
Can you provide third-party testing?
Yes. SGS, Eurofins, or other third-party testing can be arranged for bulk orders. Tell us your target market and retailer requirements before final quotation so the testing scope is clear.
How do you help with compliance?
We help identify the documents and quality checks buyers usually need for US, EU, UK, and other export markets. Final label claims and regulatory approval should still be reviewed by your qualified regulatory consultant.
Products & Sourcing
Do you supply both supplement and cosmetic ingredients?
Yes. We source dietary supplement ingredients, functional mushroom extracts, standardized botanicals, cosmetic actives, INCI-supported botanical extracts, and formulation-friendly raw materials.
Can you source an ingredient not listed on the website?
Yes. The website shows common demand items, but we can check availability for other plant extracts, mushroom extracts, cosmetic actives, and custom specifications.
Can you customize specifications?
In many cases, yes. Custom extract ratio, active marker, carrier, particle size, solubility, organic status, or documentation package may be possible depending on ingredient and order volume.

What is the bulk lead time?
Most stock ingredients ship within 10–15 business days. Custom production, organic certification, third-party testing, or special documentation may require additional time.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally by courier, air, or sea depending on quantity and ingredient type. Destination rules vary, so please share your country and intended use before final order.
How do I get a quote?
Send the ingredient name, target specification, quantity, destination country, certification needs, and whether the ingredient is for supplement or cosmetic use. We will respond within one business day.

Do you keep cosmetic bases in stock?
We are a sourcing and launch coordination partner, so we do not claim fake live inventory. We publish launch windows and then confirm the real supplier, MOQ, sample path, and documents after we receive your brief.
Can a creator start with 100 units?
For selected ready-to-fill base projects and simple packaging choices, MOQ can start from 100 units. Final MOQ depends on formula adjustment, packaging, decoration, and supplier confirmation.
Are the COA/MSDS thumbnails real certificates?
No. They are document format previews. Final COA, SDS/MSDS, and specification sheets are requested after supplier and batch confirmation.
